Cannot specify precised numeric values in form entry

Its impossible to specify precised numeric values (eg. 1.31, 3.014) in form entry. I think this may be problem with REST-WS, because URL POST requests are looking fine.
I suggest to extract POST URL from android logcat (URL and JSON Body) and then debug REST-WS code. I recommend to use Postman to send requests, since its much faster than clicking it in app

To debug REST-WS module, simply set -Ddebug=1044 flag when running local server via openmrs-sdk and set remote configuration with debug port 1044 in IDE with opened REST-WS project.
