App crashes on press back button while the end visit process going on

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Go to any patient's dashboard, start a visit using the start visit button
2. Click on visit just created and end the visit from menu.
3. Just after confirming end visit, press the back button (before the app redirect automatically to previous page)
4. App crashed with null point exception.
