      Description

      Currently, there are 2 introduction pages when seeing the GitBook. So we need to remove one of them and include the information on both intro pages into 1 page.

      We should keep https://openmrs.github.io/openmrs-android-client-user-guide/introduction.html as it has more info regarding the book and just add the Travis badge at the top. So remove the current README.md and then rename introduction.md to README.md .
