    Description

      Support the BiMonthly period type of DHIS2.

      1. Update the backend:

      src/main/java/org/openmrs/module/dhisconnector/api/impl/DHISConnectorServiceImpl.java:transformToDHISPeriod

      2. Add BiMonthly date picker to the run report view

      Refer to The period dimension in DHIS2.
