emrapi module should not crash openmrs 2.2 on startup

Due to the work for TRUNK-5015, the emrapi module has some hibernate mappings and beans whose names conflict with those in openmrs core. We need to fix these such that the emrapi module does not stop openmrs from starting as reported here: https://talk.openmrs.org/t/openmrs-wont-start/6596/10
