Rebuild search index when a person or patient record is synced

    Description

      When a person or patient record is synced, the search index needs to be rebuilt for all their person names and identifiers.

      This is for the cases for example where a person name is synced before the person. In that case the index is rebuilt with a voided person (the placeholder) linked to the person name. This is why when the person is eventually synced the index should be rebuilt.
