encounter$everything should return AllergyIntolerance resource objects where applicable

In the legacy OpenMRS system, some users may have persisted allergies within the activeList table.
We recently implemented support to model and export these allergies in the form of FHIR based AllergyIntolerance resources.
We need to identify if this is the case, and (if so) export AllergyIntolerance resources for each of these as part of the $everything operation.
