Replace OrList parameters by AndList parameters

Some search parameters have been tackled using an OrList and some using an AndList.
The aim of this ticket is to handle the OrList parameters as AndList parameters, thus bringing uniformity.
Example: The search parameters for Person and Location have been handled as OrList and for Observation as AndList.
