User interface: Create filter/search apps option inside 'Manage apps' section.

You will need OpenMRS running either through standalone or developer version. Download Open web app module's code from the link provided above.

This task is to filter or search apps from uploaded app's list, which is shown in table in 'Manage Apps' page of Open Web App module.
