So you have created a survey to collect the knowledge about the EMR among people. You need to share that public link among your friends, relatives, and neighbors to collect the data. After that follow these steps for the submission

1. Share the survey public link and collect the data
2. Find some interesting information on the question 1,3,4,5 only.
3. Create the pi-charts based on the responses
4. Create a PDF with those four pi-charts followed by the questions
5. Upload only that PDF to the GCI dashboard for the evaluations.
