User Interface: ID Dashboard UI Revamp - Reset password page

OpenMRS is in the process of redesigning the user interface of our ID Dashboard at https://id.openmrs.org. We are looking for students with HTML and CSS knowledge to help complete the redesign.

You will need to set up a development environment for OpenMRS ID before completing your first ID task. See the Getting Started section for help.

This task is to implement a small component of the new user interface. See ID-73 for a technical description of the task.
