Absence of button

Expected Behaviour: There should be a pointer cursor when it is hovered on the buttons like "confirm". The user should be able to feel like button, and press it after it highlights. The same should be applicable to all the texts which should be in the shape of buttons.

Current Behavior: it shows a test cursor when hovered on buttons, which doubts the user if it can be opened or not.

How to Reproduce:
1- login and fill the credentials
2- hover over the button of CONFIRM (or the other buttons too)
3- the cursor will change to the text cursor rather than the pointer. The text cursor denotes that you can type/edit it, while the pointer shows that you can click and further open something.
