unable to save the changes while editing a patients record in emergency.

steps to reproduce the error -
1)click on isolation ward.
2)click on find patient
3) click on any patients name.
4) click on emergency
5) click on edit.
6) Now, if we edit, or do not edit the account information, it shows an error - " Failed to save changes " when we confirm the changes.
