Finalise, QA, document - iOS client for OpenMRS - Ext.2

This GCI task is the continuation & final extension (for v1 release) of the iOS client for OpenMRS developed by Parker Erway: https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/OpenMRS+iOS+Client

1) Write a technical documentation on the OpenMRS wiki describing the design/ technical architecture of the client (preferably using a gliffy diagram or etc) and other technical designs practiced in the project.
2) Write a user guide on how to use this app. (for non technical users.)
3) create a youtube video on how the client works.
4) Do the basic Quality Assurance stuff.
5) Write a blog post on this project.
