      Description

      Do we want to show all the individual forms AND the top level flowsheet under the "Form entry" tab on the patient dashboard? It currently shows each of the 5 sections (htmlforms for allergies, vaccines, oi, etc) AND the top level form. It will show an submitted htmlform above as an encounter. This seems correct, but don't we want to hide the sections from the form selection?

      Would it work as expected if the mini-forms were "retired"?

      Just imagine as there are many flowsheets. Oy vey.
