"Discard changes" does not work on htmlform entry with Chrome browser

    Description

      The "Discard changes" at the top of an htmlform during entry does not work with Chrome browser.

      As an aside, what should this do with a flowsheet? I assume that the individual subforms have already been added to the database, so what does this mean for an htmlform flowsheet?
