      Description

Because the html form entry module doesn't display the patient header, it would be helpful if there was access to the list of encounters available for a patient from the <lookup> tag. This would be to prevent duplicate entry of encounter data, especially if there are mistakes in the date. e.g. we could then implement a check in the form so that if the latest encounter in the system is greater than the encounter being created, we can notify the user.

The min information that I'd like to have available in the encounter object would be:
      encounter.encounter_datetime, encounter.encounter_type, encounter.form_id, encounter.date_created

Ideally, if there existed a function e.g. fn.latestEnc(<encounter_type_id, or null if you want to get the latest one independent of the type>) that would return the latest encounter object based on encounter_datetime, this would be the easiest way to implement the check.
