      Description

Currently, the HTML Form Entry module only handles uuids that are in the canonical format \\w+\\w+\\w+\\w+
      w+

It appears that the MVP dictionary uuids do not use this format, which means that you cannot reference MVP concepts via uuid within an HTML FORM. This in turn means that you won't be able to use metadatasharing to share forms that reference MVP concepts by id (since ids are converted to uuids when a form is shared).

We need to determine what the standard is for a OpenMRS uuid, and then modify HTML Form Entry to handle any uuids that meet this standard.

This will require modifying the various get* methods in HtmlFormEntryUtil as well as making some modifications to the HtmlFormExporter.
