HTML Form Entry module needs to support Problem Added / Problem Removed functionality

Finally, what do you think it would take to recreate the problem list functionality from the form entry module for html forms?
I.e. being able to add and resolve multiple problems using a large range of concepts as values. Is this something that you see being developed with the html form module?
