    Description

      Migrate SQL script in sqldiff.xml to liquibase.xml. We need this to be able to run the module with the OpenMRS SDK, which uses an h2 database. See https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/OpenMRS+SDK

      We don't have a way to test liquibase changesets in modules yet. Use this ticket as a proof of concept for TRUNK-4052.
