Html form entry should support the latest changes in 1.10

    Description

      There are several backwards incompatible changes in 1.10.x and the html form entry module needs to be updated to support them while supporting older versions
      TODOs:

      • Upgrade the module to support 1.10 via Supporting different OpenMRS versions, see previous work done for HTML-515
      • Fix any compilation issues and ensure unit tests still pass
      • Update CI(ci.openmrs.org) and make the HTML form entry plan a child of the 1.10.x core plan
