      Description

If I have a precise numeric concept, but a I capture a whole number in it (e.g. "100" for the number of milligrams of a drug dispensed), when I reopen the form in VIEW or EDIT mode, it is displayed as "100.0"

There is a risk that a user could interpret these values incorrectly (e.g 100.0 could be mistaken for 1000).

If a number is a whole number, it should be displayed that way, even if the field is for a precise concept.
