Error while dowloading the image which saved in complex concept

Hi I am working on upload image throuhg htmlformentry.I created a complex concept and set default ImageHandler.I am able to upload image image successfully but when I click on download link in edit or view mode I am getting error 404 with message complexObsServlet not found.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Login to the https://uat-refapp.openmrs.org/openmrs/.

2.Create a concept and set datatype complex and imagehandler.

3.Create a htmlform.

4.Create a patient.

5.Capture the encounter of the patient.

6.Open the form in edit or view mode.

7.Click on download option and observe.
