      I would love to help that person, but I have no way to get more information.

      Can you make the "username" box more obvious? Make it red or some other bright color with some text around it.

      Alternatively, is there a way to add a textbox for "name" or "emai" or some other way to suggest that people provide at least /some/ contact info??
