Deploy hibernate-search feature branch by CI

    Description

      I'd like https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-core/tree/hibernate-search to be deployed by CI to a dev server.

      It's OpenMRS 1.10.x and needs a DB with a concept dictionary > 10k (ideally MVP with 50k concepts). I'd like to be able to log in with the mysql client and load necessary tables.
