remove docker_deployable_images option from ansible

I attempted to make a whole docker setup to bypass deploying docker images relying on SSH, but rather webhooks from dockerhub.

Honestly it's bad, I don't want that, too complex for no real benefit. Let get rid of it and the magic we have in the docker compose role.
