Automating the module installation requirements

The LBAC module requires some basic steps in the system to handle the objects based on the location property. Those are,

1. Creating personAttributeType for the person
2. Creating required Global Properties

It would be better to automate this step while installing the module since it can reduce the workload of the end user who installs this module.
