      Description

The logic parser (the one that lets you do "last CD4 < 300") is problematic because we never explicitly specified the way we want it to work. So it isn't really documented and it doesn't always behave the way Mike/Win/Burke/I expect. So we committed to documenting exactly how we want the grammar to work. We got about halfway through describing exactly how all operator + operand combinations should behave, as well as defining how tokens and literals should be expressed. Once we're all agreed on a grammar, we can figure out how to reimplement the parser to handle it.
