      Description

When adding a module that uses filters with the org.springframework.web.filter.DelegatingFilterProxy class, an error is thrown. The filters are called before the Spring context is refreshed.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to the modules page
      2. Add a module with the filter class
        1. I was using OpenHMIS Cashier since I'm updating these to work with Platform 2.0.5, so you'll have to pull my PRs on that project and the dependency projects and compile if you wish to test.
