    Description

Bug submitted by Gustavo Bianco via the OpenMRS.org bug reporting form at http://openmrs.org/help/report-a-bug/

      OpenMRS Version: OpenMRS 1.8.2

Hi, i'm trying to design two Forms, with some problems in the second form. When i add to the first Form's scheme a ConvSet works ok but when I add the same concept (convset) to the second Form scheme add it with no children concepts and shows me this error: "A javascript error has occurred: The full stacktrace for this error can be found in your Usually server's error logs. Hide error " And the server log only have added these two lines: "WARN - CommonsLoggingOutput.warn (67) | 10.03.2012 09:33:39,411 | Method execution failed: WARN - CommonsLoggingOutput.warn (59) | 09:33:39,415 03/10/2012 | - Erroring: BatchID [4] message [java.lang.NullPointerException] "
the error log with full stack trace. http://pastebin.com/Bs5EEj3j
      I'm using 1.8.3 OpenMRS.

1 -. Create a new form named "form1" (duplicate basic form).
      2. - Add the concept 1633 (PAST MEDICAL HISTORY) to form schema.
      3. - Create a new form named "form2" (duplicate basic form).
      4. - Add the concept 1633 to form schema. The error appears.

Now I tried the same with other ConvSets and i've checked with other concepts there isn't error, the error is only with concept 1633 from CIEL dictionary. Thanks.
