Nothing happens with clicking "add metadata to package" button

Choose metadata to export and then clicked on the "add metadata to package" button. NOTHING happens. The button appears to press, but nothing. The page remains the same. And nothing shows up in the log file. Running on OpenMRS Version: 1.6.1 Build 12909 with Metadata sharing 0.8.1.
