Show Module page always scrolls down

When the “show module” view is loaded for a specific module, the browser scrolls to the release list.

I remember adding autoscroll so that the page would scroll to the release uploader when the “upload new release” button was clicked, I just think this introduced a bug where the page always scroll down to this area, regardless of the page’s UI state.

I think this is because of the autoscroll=“true” attribute in showModule.html, which should probably be moved to showModuleNewRelease.html, so that autoscroll only happens when the UI is in the “upload new release” state.
