    Description

Most Search Criteria rows have a display text, and operator drop down and a value to compare value edit box. If an operator is selected but the compare value edit box is empty, and you click the apply button, you get an error message.

This makes sense if you select the operator and forget to enter the compare value, but it doesn't make sense if you're modifying an existing search criteria and trying to remove a row.

JF requested that this error be removed.

      Two possible approaches seem apparent:
      a) Have the form submit logic ignore the error and act as if the operator wasn't selected.
      b) Change the row javascript to clear the compare value edit box if the "blank" operator is selected.
