Lab order generation notification should display as a toast instead of inline notification

Following advise from dennis on the comments below, I have changed the scope of this ticket to: changing the lab order number generation message to display as a toast instead of an in-line notification.

Current behavior
After doing an action within the form e.g. ordering a viral load, an in-line notification is displayed upon saving the form, but would still show even after moving away from the current patient chart. I have to close the notification manually.
