patient registration form not displayed if search results page is displayed

On https://dev3.openmrs.org/ ( with Firefox and Chrome):

1. Search for patients
2. Try to create a Patient -> no patient registration form displayed.
3. If I close the search Patient toolbar, the form is displayed
