    Description

Several widgets, notably Vitals, Biometrics, and the Generic Patient widget use the Observation.issued field as a key for grouping. This leads to weird behaviour with the demo data module where essentially all observations are being treated as part of the same encounter.

The issued date in FHIR corresponds to the OpenMRS dateCreated field, which is just the date that the data was entered into the EMR. The correct behaviour would be to use the effectiveDateTime which corresponds to the obsDatetime field and is the time for when the obs is clinically relevant.

This is unlikely to have a real-world effect outside of the development and demo environments, but it's worth bearing in mind.
