Console Error Tidy: Fix Immunization App Error messages

The Immunizations widget is the top offender of throwing repetitive errors that spam users of the Console. 

Let's get rid of that error message.

Per ibacher: "That’s because we actually don’t have the concept set necessary to back it in the RefApp. If we add that, the errors will stop, though I have no idea if the widget is at all useful anymore."
