Unable to edit vitals

    Description

      I get an error when trying to edit vitals.

      Steps to recreate:

      1. Once on a patient, click Visits on the left side menu
      2. Find a visit with vitals and click Encounters
      3. Expand the row of vitals
      4. Click Edit this Encounter
