Update OpenMRS user info upon authentication

1) Description

As it is out of OA-21, a first ever authentication will create a user with roles. The scope of this ticket is to help achieve a broader dependency on the identity provider such that re-authentication refreshes the user in OpenMRS.

2) Acceptance Criteria

The development work will guide what's possible or not, but at least the following should be updated each time the user authenticates:

• User names.
• Roles.
