OCL subscription module - Concepts wrongly imported (datatype, precise, units, translations)

      Hi grace, ibacher, suruchi,

      I'm testing the new OCL subscription module and I noticed that multiple concepts are wrongly imported. Some of them have a different datatype than what it's defined in OCL, other ones have no precise and units defined while it's defined in OCL and finally, shortnames and translations are not imported at all along with the main concepts.

      Here is the dictionary used as a test case: https://openconceptlab.org/orgs/MSFOCP/collections/OCL-Subsription-Module-Test/2 
      It's the same as the ticket OCLOMRS49.
