Review deployment automation for OCL for OMRS pipeline in Bamboo

We want to automate tests and deployment of the OCL for OpenMRS client (https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-ocl-client) to OCL QA server with new code commits. Deployment to other environments (staging, demo, production) should be manually triggered in Bamboo. We also want to make sure that we have someone on the OCL for OMRS team that has permissions and knows how to perform code deployments when needed.
