Realistic dictionaries in QA Environment

As a tester or User Acceptance Tester, I need to be able to test the QA environment with realistic concept dictionary data, so that I can more easily pick up on issues with the software/workflows.

Suggestion: Add latest CIEL dictionary to QA environment. And MSF/PIH dictionaries if available.

Size of QA environment has been a concern, but OCL team looking at increasing hosting size to host more concepts.
