Dictionary Edits Hang Up when Saving

Replication steps:

• In staging
• Click on a dictionary you can edit
• Edit that dictionary (e.g. add/remove/change secondary languages)
• Save
• See that page seems hung-up - text greys out a bit, and it's not clear if the page has saved.
• Try clicking the "back" arrow in the app
• See your dictionary information - it looks unchanged (Note: If you manually refresh the page at this point, your changes will not be saved)
• Go back to your dictionaries directory page
• Click on that dictionary again to open it
• See that your changes have in fact been saved
