Previous Concept Form Validation Error Message Persists into New Custom Concept Form

Steps:

1. create a custom concept, with an OCL ID that's the same as one of your other custom concepts
2. See the error message "Concept with this Mnemonic and Parent id already exists."
3. Leave the form by clicking "back"

Expected: Error messages pertaining to previous form work should not be present in a new form.

Not a blocker but will cause user confusion, and does make the error messages seem less reliable.
