Description
Scenario: I am reviewing an individual public concept, and have not yet added it to my dictionary/source.
User Story: As a Terminology End-User of OCLOMRS, I often want to pick a single concept from a public source that I search. Before I pick that concept, I want to decide if it looks right, so I click into that concept. Once I can see the concept in the Details view, I want to be able to add it from the Details page, so that I don't have to navigate back to the search list and click through to find the "Add Concept" button from the search page.

Note that the text says "The concept [concept name] was added." If it is too much added work to insert the concept name, it can just say "Concept successfully added."
