Audit Logging Improvements in 2.5

Any sort of formal auditing. There's a real gap in the system here. While we have the ability to find who created entries and who updated them and when, we have no auditing at all around views and if a form is filled out multiple times, we'd only really have information on the first time and the most recent update. On the other hand, adding that level of detail is a pretty sizeable project and this epic by itself doesn't have a lot of detail
