Combine/Fix RegistrationTest with RegistrationAppTest

These two tests are effectively doing the same thing. They can be combined into one test class, and have the guidelines implemented on them. A couple of changes need to be made to RegistrationPage and HomePage as well to avoid calls to Driver.
