Custom links app for patient dashboard

Create a uiframework app in the coreapps module, which provides a patient dashboard widget displaying custom links. You should be able to use variables in links:

{patientUuid}
{visitUuid}

In the app definition you should be able to define the title and icon of the widget as well as the list of links to be displayed.
