If there is no recent data available, the default-configured patient dashboard looks confusing since there are some headings without any data under them.
Go through all of the widgets listed on https://wiki.openmrs.org/x/IoC8Bg, and:
- ensure that if there is no data available, the display is not blank. (E.g. the "LATEST OBSERVATIONS" widget on the demo server currently shows nothing for a new patient.)
- If there is no data available, and a maxAge parameter was configured on the widget, then instead of just displaying "None", it should display "None in the last (time period)".
