Time concept showing answers without being entered

Time concepts shows answer of 0:00 Although Users didn't enter a new observation . Let me explain more , usually concepts will show on patient dashboard only if you gave it a value /answer . Now , the time concept shows a value of 00:00 in case you didn't enter a time. So it provides a time observation of 00:00 without entering this information
